Always carry your documents. Driving Licence, Aadhaar, and vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC) must be with you at all times. Access them via the docs link in your rental agreement.

Follow all traffic rules. Speed limits, signals, no-phone zones. Any traffic challans raised during your rental period are your responsibility.

No drinking and driving. Zero tolerance. This immediately voids your rental agreement and security deposit.

Only the registered renter may drive. The person who signed the agreement is the only authorised driver. No exceptions.

Return with the same fuel level. The fuel level at pickup is noted in the agreement. Return it the same way or a fuel shortfall charge applies.

Drive cautiously at night. Especially on hill roads and highways. Avoid driving in unfamiliar areas after midnight.
Insurance Notice
At present, rentals are not covered by an additional renter insurance policy. The vehicle carries standard third-party insurance. Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. In future, all bookings will be secured by comprehensive rental insurance.
